Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Electronic Digital Deliverables

Cloud Inovics LLC delivers automated cloud configurations, digital software licensing credentials, and remote system setups. Because electronic credentials and digital tokens are delivered instantaneously via secure HTTPS vault sessions, deliverables are considered unmasked and retrieved immediately upon transaction completion.

2. 30-Day Defective Deliverable Guarantee & Free Replacement

We maintain an absolute standard of quality. Every software package and licensing credential supplied through our platform is backed by our comprehensive 30-Day Functionality Guarantee:

• If a licensing credential encounters an unexpected validation error or system activation issue, contact our 24/7 technical support desk within 30 days of purchase.
• Our automated diagnostic tools and senior tier-2 engineers will verify the issue using remote diagnostic diagnostics.
• If an activation credential cannot be validated by our automated diagnostic engine, an immediate 100% free replacement credential or full refund will be issued to your original payment instrument without delay.

3. Conditions Where Refunds Are Not Granted

Refund requests cannot be accommodated under the following conditions:

• The digital license was successfully authenticated and consumed on the target workstation or server.
• The customer purchased the incorrect software tier or architecture despite clear product specifications (e.g. attempting to install Windows 11 Enterprise on unsupported ARM hardware).
• The customer initiated an unauthorized dispute or chargeback with their bank before contacting our 24/7 technical support desk for resolution.

4. Refund Processing Timeframes

Once approved by our support team, refunds are dispatched immediately to our payment processors:
